The Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) recognizes Professor Nicholas Peppas with the Pritzker Distinguished Lecture Award. According to BMES, the award “recognizes outstanding achievements and leadership in the science and practice of biomedical engineering.”
Peppas will deliver a plenary lecture at the annual BMES conference in Minneapolis this October, which will serve as a critical review of the biomedical engineering field and offer a vision for its future.
