The Student Engineering Council recognized biomedical engineering undergraduate Loris Chang with a Student Employee of the Year Award on April 15, 2013. Chang is a an employee in the Engineering Career Assistance Center. She was recognized for going above and beyond normal duties as a student worker and received a $200 scholarship. 

The Student Engineering Council, an organization made up of students in all departments within the Cockrell School of Engineering, established the award this year in celebration of National Student Employee Week.
