Academic Advising

The Academic Advising Office serves as a valuable support network for all biomedical engineering (BME) undergraduate students.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive academic advising and support to every BME student at each stage of his or her career.

Advising Office Goals & Objectives

Advising office 2015

The Academic Advising Office assists current BME students with academic support services and student-life enrichment resources to help each student achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals.

The office offers an open-door policy throughout the year, and the departmental academic advisor, Chase Dawkins, is usually available on a walk-in basis during non-registration periods. The office also provides curriculum resources and year-round walk-in peer advising to current and prospective students.

During registration periods, the office communicates required procedures for registration advising to current students by email. If you are not receiving these emails as a current student, or wish to change the email address on the list, please contact us immediately.
