• Maintains data security on the network
• Assists clients in the use of computer equipment and applications
• Maintains documentation of the network
• Provides troubleshooting assistance for problems with personal computer equipment and applications
• Advises and assists the client's office in analyzing and defining computer solutions
• Assists in the selection or modification of network configuration or applications to address changing client needs
• Provides support to computer users requiring technical knowledge of hardware equipment and software applications
• Consults with users on the use of a variety of computer resources
• Analyzes and processes equipment insurance requests
