Areas of Responsibility

• Assistant to Dr. Stas Emelianov, Dr. Christine Schmidt and Dr. Krish Roy
• Make travel arrangements and process travel related documents
• Reconcile procard expenses; process entertainment expense reimbursements and payment vouchers
• Arrange special functions for the labs
• Schedule appointments
• Serve as first point of contact for visitors
• Edit technical research papers
• Keep inventory of lab supplies and process order to keep stock at constant levels
• Attend and keep minutes of lab meetings
• Assist with the coordination of technical conferences
• Maintain Dr. Emelianov's and Dr. Schmidt's calendars
• Other duties as deemed necessary to ensure continued productivity of the research group
