Simone Siegel, an undergraduate student conducting research in Professor Michael Sacks' lab, has been selected as one of the BMES Undergraduate Design and Research Award winners for the BMES Annual Meeting

Simone Siegel, an undergraduate student conducting research in Professor Michael Sacks' lab, has been selected as one of the BMES Undergraduate Design and Research Award winners for the BMES Annual Meeting in San Antonio, which will take place October 22 through October 25.



Siegel won for her abstract titled Quantitative Histomorphological Analysis of Right Ventricular Myocardium Under Chronic Pressure Overload. She will present her work at the meeting and receive her award at the BMES Plenary Session taking place on Friday, October 24th.
