In this talk I will present our recent efforts to study vascular differentiation from pluripotent stem cells and develop hydrogel matrices to regulate 3D vascular assembly. Regulation of physical cues alongside biochemical cues will be discussed as well as use of the develop technologies for wound healing and tissue regeneration.
