Taught by Dr. Erin Dolan, the Executive Director of UT’s Texas Institute for Discovery Education in Science, this seminar will help mentors develop their skills to define appropriate projects, establish relationships, set expectations, encourage communication, balance guidance & independence, and consider ethical & diversity issues. 
       
Open to faculty, postdocs, graduate students, or any other members of your lab that mentor junior researchers.
