The university granted 83 bachelor’s, three master’s, and 16 doctoral degrees in biomedical engineering for the 2011–2012 academic year.

Prior to the Cockrell School of Engineering’s commencement ceremony on Friday, May 18, the Department of Biomedical Engineering hosted a reception for graduates, friends, and family. Biomedical engineering B.S. alumni Lena Dixit and Mae Sattam gave words of advice to the new class of graduates.
