American Chemical Society honors Dr. Pengyu Ren with HP Outstanding Junior Faculty Award

Pengyu RenDr. Ren has been selected as one of four recipients of the Hewlett-Packard Outstanding Junior Faculty Award from the American Chemical Society (ACS), Division of Computers in Chemistry (COMP). Award certificates and $1,000 prizes will be presented at the ACS National Meeting In Philadelphia, PA, in August 2008. The Awards are designed to assist tenure-track junior faculty members in gaining visibility within the COMP community. ACS is the world's largest scientific society with more than 160,000 members of chemists, chemical engineers and related professions around the globe.
