Two BME Professors Offer Course on Bionanotechnology
March 2005 - Two BME professors, Wolfgang Frey and Konstantin Sokolov, are lecturers of a special course offered this summer by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Entitled Bionanotechnology: The Use of Nanotechnology for Biomedical Applications this course is one of the most popular courses offered by ASME. The course addresses key areas in which nanotechnology can benefit biomedical applications, understanding of nanomaterials for various biomedical applications, wet and dry nanotechnology, and basics of nanofabrication.
