Biomedical Engineering Department Announces Outstanding Teaching Assistants for 2004
In a recent gathering of graduate students of the Department, Dr Ken Diller, Chair of BME, honored the winners of the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Awards for 2004. The winner of the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award is Shriram Sethuraman, a graduate student working under the direction of Professor S. Emilianov, who was recognized for his exceptional job as a teaching assistant of BME 303. A second "Recognition of Excellence as a Teaching Assistant" went to Sabia Taqvi, a graduate student working with Professor K. Roy. She was recognized for her teaching contributions to BME 314.
